Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Notice Period: Customers intending to cancel a service should notify Power Money Hub at least 30 days in advance. For any cancellations made beyond this period, special considerations will be made based on the circumstances and at the sole discretion of Power Money Hub.

Rescheduling: If a client cannot proceed with the scheduled service, they are eligible to reschedule for a later date, provided the notification is given 24 hours in advance.

No-Show: Failure to notify Power Money Hub about the cancellation or absence without notice will be treated as a ‘No-Show’. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: A 100% refund will be granted for cancellations made within 7 days of your purchase.

Store Credit: In instances where a refund is not applicable, clients may be offered store credit, which can be used for future services or purchases with Power Money Hub. This credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services or promotions may be deemed non-refundable but can be transferred to another individual if the original client cannot avail of the service.

Digital Products: For digital marketing assets or products, specific refund details will apply. Customers are encouraged to read and understand these before making a purchase.

Money-Back Guarantee: On select services, Power Money Hub might offer a ‘money-back guarantee’. This ensures the client’s trust and assurance in the quality of our services. The conditions and eligibility for the money-back guarantee will be mentioned alongside the service details.

Display: Clients are advised to familiarize themselves with our refund policy, which will be displayed in the footer of our website, within the customer service section, and on individual product or service pages.
Silver Membership: We have implemented a strict 15-day refund policy. This policy applies to Silver Membership only and starts from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must have gone through the 3 day course and attended1 Live Session at least during that period.

All refunds are subject to the discretion of Power Money Hub .
